We all know this is the season to see new and old family, and to celebrate the memory of those who are no longer with us. At this time PGS will be taking personal time to be with their family, new and old. We appreciate your understanding during this time, and will launch the next issue of the PGS Magazine, February 1st! It will be jam-packed with tutorials, DIYs, product reviews and fashion forecasts.

I hope you all are doing amazing. I am ridiculously excited about this challenge. As most of you know Scandal comes on in a few days. Whether you are a fan or not you've heard of Olivia Pope. We here at PGS are challenging all of our PGS Family to do Thee Scandal Challenge: Olivia Pope. We want you to create an Olivia Pope inspired look. At least one piece of your ensemble needs to be made by you.

This article was originally posted by Betty Redd Design, you can view it here. Do you feel inferior to the leading ladies in your niche? Does your work look weak compared to theirs? Do you crave just a glimmer of the attention their work gets?
Here is why you shouldn’t: they have been honing their skills for years now. It has taken them years of creating crap to start creating amazing things!

Happy Monday to you all! I hope you all had a fabulous and safe weekend. This post is going to be a bit different in the sense that it is solely being made to make sure everyone who is supporter, lover, and in fact a PGS themselves stays motivated and lifted up. Sewing is not an easy hobby, though tons of fun. Mistakes seem a lot bigger, especially when you know you need to pull out the Seam Ripper. Regardless of all of this, we do it and love it! The community seems so big, yet so small sometimes. Which is why we firmly believe that there is no PGS without you. This site, our mission IS all about you, without your support, love and amazing submissions, we would be 5 women who sew...yeah, not really that exciting :)
